Delete your Pomo account

For Koball and every other game by Pomo Games.

A Pomo account is the optional login (email, password and Pomo name) that works across our games. You can delete it yourself in a few seconds, or ask us to do it.

Delete it in the game

  1. Open any Pomo game you're signed in to, for example Koball.
  2. Go to Settings → Pomo account.
  3. Tap Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

The account is deleted straight away.

Or ask us to delete it

If you can't get into the game, send us a message through the contact form using the email address of the account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm it's really you, delete the account within 30 days, and let you know when it's done.

What gets deleted

  • Your email address and sign-in details.
  • Your Pomo name, which then becomes available to other players.
  • The list of games you linked to the account.
  • Your name and score on our leaderboards.

What isn't affected

  • Progress saved on your device (coins, unlocked items, settings). Deleting the game removes it.
  • Purchases. Those are held by Apple or Google, not by us, and stay with your App Store or Google Play account.

We don't keep a copy of a deleted account. Everything we collect, and why, is in our privacy policy.
