Nyth help and support
Nyth is a cosy bird puzzle game from Pomo Games. If something isn't working, or you have a question, we're happy to help.
Reporting a puzzle problem
If a level looks wrong, go to Settings > Report a puzzle problem in Nyth. It opens an email with the level number and your phone's details already filled in, so we can find the level quickly. Add a line about what happened and send it.
Getting your purchases back
If you get a new phone or reinstall Nyth, your purchases come back for free:
- Open Nyth and go to Settings.
- Tap Restore purchases.
- Sign in with the same Apple ID (or Google account) you bought them with.
Seed and Reveal packs are used up when you spend them, so only Remove Ads and the Warden's welcome come back.
Your progress
Your game is saved on your phone. If you delete Nyth, your progress is deleted with it. Settings > Reset all progress starts the game again from the beginning.
Ads and your privacy
Nyth is free because it shows ads. You choose whether ads can be personalised, and you can change your mind at any time in Settings > Ad privacy choices. Saying no never costs you anything. Remove Ads in the shop stops banners and full-screen ads.
Read our privacy policy.
Deleting your Pomo account
A Pomo account is optional. To delete yours, go to Settings > Pomo account > Delete account in Nyth. This permanently deletes the account and frees your Pomo name. You can also email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete it. More on the delete your account page.
