Email us and tell us your device, whether it is an iPhone or Android, and what happened. A screenshot helps a lot. We read every message and usually reply within two working days.
Stuck on a level
Drag to look around and pinch to zoom in: the cat you want is often tucked behind another one. If you're still stuck, spend some yarn on a hint and the game shows you the area the cat is in.
Your progress
Your levels, stars, yarn and sticker journal are saved on your device. If you delete Purr & Seek, they are deleted with it, so keep the game installed if you want to keep your journal.
Subscriptions and purchases
The subscription is bought through Apple or Google and renews automatically. To cancel or change it on iPhone, open the App Store, tap your picture, then Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play, tap your picture, then Payments and subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.
To get a subscription back on a new device or after reinstalling, open the subscription screen in the game and tap Restore purchase. Use the same App Store or Google Play account you bought it with. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or by Google from your order history in Google Play.
Your Pomo account
You can play without an account. Friends and the leaderboards need a free Pomo account, which you'll find under Settings > Pomo account. It's the same login in every Pomo game.
Deleting your account
Go to Settings > Pomo account > Delete account in the game, or see how to delete your account if you can't get into it.
Sound, motion and language
Settings has sliders for music and sounds, a Reduce motion switch for calmer transitions, and Language if you'd like something other than your device's language.
