The rules for using this website, our games and our social accounts.

Pomo Games is a trading name of DM Universal Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13718308). "We" and "us" means Pomo Games. These terms cover this website, our games (including Koball, Little Waterways, Purr & Seek, Nyth, Tidewell and Aquis) and our social media accounts. By using any of them you agree to these terms.
Our games
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play our games for your own enjoyment. You may not copy, sell, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute them, or use cheats, bots or exploits that give you an unfair advantage or spoil the game for others.
Games bought or downloaded through an app store or Steam are also covered by that store's terms, and payments and refunds for purchases are handled by the store under its own rules.
Virtual items and in-game currency have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for money. We may change, balance or remove game features, events and items over time.
Pomo account
A Pomo account is optional. If you create one, keep your login safe and give accurate details. Your Pomo name and profile picture are public, so they must not be offensive, impersonate anyone or contain personal details. We may change or remove a name, or suspend an account, that breaks these terms. You can delete your account at any time, as explained in our privacy policy.
Leaderboards, sharing and community
Don't post scores you didn't earn, harass other players, or share anything unlawful or hateful in our games, comments or community spaces. We may remove scores or content and block players who do.
Our social media and publishing
We publish our own content to our own accounts on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X and YouTube, using tools that connect to those platforms with our permission. We only post to accounts we own or manage, and we follow each platform's own terms and community guidelines. Comments and messages you send to those accounts are also covered by the platform's terms. Our YouTube videos are published using YouTube API Services: by watching or interacting with them you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
Our content
The games, artwork, music, videos, logos and text on this site and in our games belong to us or our licensors. You're welcome to share screenshots and videos of our games and to stream them, including for money, as long as you don't suggest we endorse you.
Our responsibility to you
We work hard to keep our games and this site running well, but we can't promise they will always be available or free of bugs. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UK law, or our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change matters to you, we'll say so in the game or on this site.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
